About The Position

Sr. Inside Sales Specialist Curtiss-Wright is in search of a Sr. Inside Sales Specialist to support our Actuation Division. As a Sr. Inside Sales Specialist, you will serve as a representative dealing with internal and external customers on day-to-day business matters. You will build and maintain strong relationships with high-valued customers, understanding their business needs and provides tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. You may be responsible for assisting in special projects as needed. Location: Chanhassen, MN Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 + bonus opportunity Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Minnesota. Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in inside sales or account management, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with strong analytical skills to assess data and inform strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be a U.S. Person.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred, not required.
  • Experience in industrial automation sales preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and execution of sales strategies, collaborating with management to align efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and research, while maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Prepares and presents detailed sales proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the value of our offerings.
  • Monitors and analyzes sales metrics, providing insight and recommendations to enhance team performance and optimize processes.
  • Supports business unit's external sales staff, providing commercial assistance, and coordinating sales activities between the external sales staff and division personnel.
  • Provides input to the internal sales staff on leads, RFQ, and proposals.
