About The Position

Inside Sales Associate to join our talented Manufacturing Inside Sales Department to assist our Inside Sales Team in providing value-added services to our customers. General Description of Duties: Selling and marketing of the below products, Commercial & Residential wood flush doors MDF router carved and stile & rail doors Receive high volume of incoming E-mails and telephone calls Maximize margin on sales Provide price quotes and quote follow-up Provide high level of customer service in answering customer inquiries and solving customer challenges Process and maintain customer orders Use selling skills to convert sales inquiries to orders

Requirements

• Commercial and Residential door frame & hardware product knowledge
• Sales and customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent work habits
• Positive outgoing attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented
• Dedicated to the ongoing growth and development of the sales staff
• Committed to building and maintaining a positive, team atmosphere in the department
