About The Position

The Senior Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading large, complex infrastructure initiatives from initiation through delivery. This role provides end-to-end project ownership, establishes strong governance, ensures predictable delivery, and maintains alignment across business and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure projects and excels at communication, planning, and execution in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant equivalent work experience may be substituted
  • 7+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure initiatives
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex infrastructure projects
  • Strong experience defining and managing project governance models
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and change effectively
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, enterprise environment and influence across multiple business areas

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of large, complex infrastructure projects, ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful outcomes
  • Define and establish project governance, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and clearly defined escalation paths
  • Provide a holistic, enterprise-level view of project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive proactive project planning activities, including: Defining project scope and success criteria upfront Developing and maintaining integrated project schedules with key milestones Identifying, managing, and communicating dependencies, risks, and impacts Implementing and maintaining project controls such as communication plans, risk and issue management, change control, and overall project management approach
  • Ensure project success criteria are clearly defined, aligned with business objectives, and actively managed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and outcomes
  • Communicate project progress transparently and consistently, enabling timely, informed decision-making by leadership
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment across all related Client business areas to support Client objectives
  • Lead project kickoffs, status reviews, and executive updates, ensuring clarity, accountability, and momentum
