Sr Information Security Engineer Leader
About The Position
We’re looking for a Sr Information Security Engineering leader to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you’ll formally lead and develop a team of security specialists, owning both people leadership and technical outcomes. You’ll help set the direction for modern IAM capabilities, elevate standards, and drive scalable, automated solutions that enable secure and efficient operations across the enterprise. Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of progressive experience in technology, information security, and/or IAM-related roles
- Proficiency with info security and/or IAM tooling
- Demonstrated ability to lead the design and implementation of security automation
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and senior leadership
Nice To Haves
- Formal people leadership experience, including performance management and team development
- IAM domain knowledge (e.g., identity lifecycle, access controls, authentication, authorization)
- Cloud security experience and familiarity with modern, cloud-based IAM platforms
- Experience working in the financial services and/or insurance industry
