About The Position
The Senior Information Security Analyst plays a crucial role in defining, developing, and implementing Technology Controls and Information Security policies and programs. This position requires specialized expertise in assessing risks, identifying potential gaps, and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect the Bank. The analyst will participate in projects of moderate to high complexity, providing complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line, or enterprise level for their area of responsibility. As a key resource and subject matter expert, the Senior Information Security Analyst will possess advanced knowledge in one or more technology controls or security domains. They will be proficient in understanding organizational technology controls, security, and risk issues, which are essential for the role. The position demands a strong educational background, preferably with a Bachelor's degree, and relevant certifications in information security or risk management are considered an asset. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have over 5 years of experience in Information Security, IT Risk Management, and Issue Remediation/Risk Acceptance practices. Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT 5, NIST, and Agile methodologies is also preferred. The role requires expert knowledge of various technology tools, including RSA Archer, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office applications. Additionally, certifications such as CRISC, CISA, and CISSP are highly valued, with Big Four experience being a plus.
