Represents Apex's excellence to client stakeholders with full-time on-site support at a client's manufacturing facility. Brings a strong background in occupational health and safety sciences such as chemistry, physics, toxicology, and industrial hygiene field methods. Strong skills in collecting, assessing, organizing, and summarizing data; implementing solutions and changes within programs to optimize employee safety. Applicable experience in following regulatory methodologies for gathering impactful data and ensuring data quality and representativeness. Ability to support audits, inspections, and investigations and coordinate resolution of issues. Understanding of emerging technology for the identification of potential hazards and control methods. Works in close routine collaboration with the CIH and customer EHS team, supporting and executing an agreed-to service plan. Monitors and reports progress on plan completion as directed. Works with numerous internal and external stakeholders in the interest of achieving desired overall project velocity and program goals. Acts as a field-level advisor to production teams and mid-level IH staff on occupational health issues. Provides input to the CIH, project managers, and client relationship managers on field observations, program effectiveness, and potential opportunities for program improvement.
