The Senior Industrial Engineer will work directly with Production leadership in implementing lean manufacturing systems. The main purpose of this position within the Chassis/Final CI team is to work to eliminate waste of time, money, materials, person-hours, machine time, energy and other resources that do not generate value. This position will also lead and coach other CI team members the best methods and processes to do all of the above. The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment is critical to your success at General Motors.
