About The Position

Evans is hiring a Sr. Implementation Strategy Consultant resource to join their growing team in one of their contracts in Washington DC. You will perform program support functions that assist in organizational and strategic development while managing overall program coordination. We are seeking someone who demonstrates proven success in sustaining client and stakeholder relationships with a focus on tactical and strategic program effectiveness. Lead the development, management, and refinement of comprehensive deployment schedules, ensuring strategic alignment and resource deconfliction across all phases. Drive coordination with external stakeholders (e.g., ES/TSSC, FTI/FENS, Local Facilities), resolving conflicts and managing waterfall adjustments with minimal oversight. Evaluate stakeholder waterfall revision requests and lead cost-benefit and scenario analyses to recommend strategic schedule or deployment changes. Oversee deployment progress tracking and deliver high-level weekly updates on schedule health, risks, and status to leadership and stakeholders. Lead the creation and review of cost estimates, logistics strategies, procurement plans, and stakeholder roles and responsibilities. Serve as the primary point of contact for site-specific deployment coordination, including direct engagement with Air Traffic, SSC managers, and labor representatives (NATCA, PASS). Manage acquisition activities, equipment ordering, and logistics execution across all deployment phases. Ensure custodianship and quality control of all deployment documentation and artifacts (e.g., GSIP, SOPs, site waterfall lists, checklists). Lead onboarding and training for new implementation team members and facilitate high-impact stakeholder coordination meetings. Proactively identify critical deployment issues and develop resolution strategies for leadership consideration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience (preferably 7–10) in business/financial operations, strategic scheduling, or leading implementation of initiatives that drive organizational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision, including executive-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to lead teams in meeting critical deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead data analysis and reporting efforts that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide high-level advisory support for strategy development, planning, and execution of major organizational changes.
  • Expertise in generating and interpreting program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, trend analysis, and schedule optimization.
  • Extensive experience in project and resource management, including executive-level coordination.
  • Deep understanding of current ATC systems, operational environments, and FAA procedures.
  • Proven success in leading stakeholder negotiations, resolving conflicts, and aligning interests to achieve project goals.
  • Experience managing coordination across large-scale programs with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, with a track record of managing complex schedules and workflows.
  • U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity. Employees may be required to hold a specific security clearance depending on the work assignment.
