About The Position

The Implementation Manager at HealthStream is responsible for managing the successful implementation of VerityStream software products. This role involves analyzing business needs, designing project schedules, and ensuring the resolution of project issues to exceed client expectations. The Implementation Manager will also mentor team members and maintain project documentation for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• PMP certification a plus.
• 4+ years of experience leading software implementation projects; healthcare experience highly desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft programs including MS Project, Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with web conferencing software.
• Excellent oral and communication skills.

• Excellent task management and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage successful implementation of VerityStream software products.
• Analyze existing and future-state business needs to design project schedules and implementation plans.
• Ensure resolution of project issues associated with successful implementation.
• Maintain project documentation for key stakeholders, Implementation Analysts, project team members, and client resources.
• Mentor new and existing Implementation team members.
• Develop implementation project plans and scope of work appropriate for each project.
• Manage software implementation projects and resources for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Review commitments for technical services, training, and project management to ensure execution according to contractual obligations.
• Understand and identify software functionality to support client business objectives.
• Coordinate all technical services including data transfer and installation between client and Verity.
• Review hardware recommendations and coordinate software installation process.
• Proactively escalate any client or VerityStream-caused time delays or needs for additional resources.
• Ensure that an effective training program is planned and executed.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation and communicate status and concerns to Manager, key stakeholders, project sponsors, and project team.
• Assist Senior Management in onboarding Implementation teams and formalizing documentation and procedures for Implementation tasks.
