About The Position

Responsibilities:
Research, develop, and launch next-generation CMOS image sensor technologies.
Research and develop color image processing or computer vision algorithms.
Research and develop image and video quality assessment algorithms.
Performing characterization, analysis, modeling, and simulation of imaging systems.
Optimize existing image processing and computer vision algorithms to meet internal and external customer’s requirements.
Assist hardware design team with algorithm implementation and validation.
Image quality tuning and measure.
Algorithm and lab experiment process documentation.

Nice To Haves

• MS or PhD in image processing, color science, electrical engineering, optical engineering, computer engineering or related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong background in imaging, image processing, and neuromorphic sensing.
• Fluent MATLAB/Python/C/C++ skills for data collection, analysis, and digital image processing.
• Hands-on experience with event-based vision algorithms is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience with image quality measurements and testing automation is preferred.
• Deep understanding image quality metrics and evaluation methodologies and industry standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid teamwork skills.
