The IAM Senior Application Analyst's primary responsibility is to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational activities for the RWJBH Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. This position requires Senior-level knowledge of Epic security build and best practice. This includes user onboarding, transfer, offboarding, certifications and other established operational processes. The analyst will closely lead and collaborate with business areas on defining and maintaining access management processes, including event driven and periodic access reviews, and work to ensure execution of those operational processes. The Senior Security Application Analyst will collaborate with Technical Leads and Application support teams to manage the development, deployment, and operations of the company identity solutions. The team member will work closely with the peer teams across the enterprise to implement strategic decisions. The analyst will lead and assist in the development of department and organization wide policies and procedures, while effectively communicating these to customers to ensure compliant practices.
