About the position

The IAM Software Engineer is responsible for designing, engineering, and implementing enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on SailPoint IIQ. This role involves developing customized workflows, forms, rules, and certifications to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) across business applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in identity services, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO, and related standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI) is required, along with familiarity with IAM tools such as BeyondTrust, Okta, Azure AD, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

  • Integration of applications with SailPoint including various integration methods such as delimited, Web service (REST), LDAP, JDBC, SAP, Unix, Oracle Direct and Custom.
  • Working with customer/stakeholder teams to support application onboarding to SailPoint.
  • Develop and maintain proper documentation including configuration specifics and procedures, for implementation and ongoing operation/maintenance of solutions.
  • Provide high level estimates for various tasks and projects and assist with project planning and delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, network security, computer science, a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience in design, build and deployment of software solutions or industry experience in the identity and access management domain.
  • Experience with integrating IGA capabilities with ServiceNow-like platforms.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with automating IGA processes by leveraging out of box capabilities, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or custom build connectors / APIs.
  • Knowledge and experience of Least Privileged Access Modeling, Role Based Access Control, and Separation of Duty.
  • Experience with centralized and decentralized IGA models.
  • Experience with code repository management tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.
