Requirements

3+ years of HVAC service experience (senior‑level diagnostics required)
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems independently
Customer‑facing service and sales confidence
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and pride in craftsmanship
Physical ability to work in outdoor conditions and handle HVAC equipment

Nice To Haves

ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
