As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to RSI's success by supporting multiple facets of the Human Resources function. Playing a pivotal role in shaping the company culture, enhancing employee engagement and driving HR Initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the company. The Sr. Human Resources Generalist will have responsibility for supporting each of the following functional areas: benefits administration, office administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance and time reporting.
