About The Position
Role Purpose Own complex employee relations, investigations, and manager coaching to reduce legal exposure and stabilize practice-level leadership behavior.
Responsibilities
- Lead investigations (harassment, retaliation, misconduct, whistleblower, performance risk)
- Partner with Legal on sensitive and high-risk matters
- Proactively develop and implement systems for new employee orientation for continuity throughout culture
- Coach leaders on performance management, discipline, and documentation
- Ensure consistent application of policy across practices
- Serve as escalation point for HR Generalist and Benefits Admin
- Support organizational change and leadership/manager capability building
- Identify ER trends and proactively mitigate risk with handbook admin, complex FMLA admin, and compliance training
