About The Position

Role Purpose Own complex employee relations, investigations, and manager coaching to reduce legal exposure and stabilize practice-level leadership behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Lead investigations (harassment, retaliation, misconduct, whistleblower, performance risk)
  • Partner with Legal on sensitive and high-risk matters
  • Proactively develop and implement systems for new employee orientation for continuity throughout culture
  • Coach leaders on performance management, discipline, and documentation
  • Ensure consistent application of policy across practices
  • Serve as escalation point for HR Generalist and Benefits Admin
  • Support organizational change and leadership/manager capability building
  • Identify ER trends and proactively mitigate risk with handbook admin, complex FMLA admin, and compliance training
