You will be responsible for partnering with multiple levels of leadership to develop, influence, and execute HR strategies and programs. This individual will understand the company and Product and Engineering priorities, and act as a liaison between teams while assessing people's needs in areas such as leadership and career development, performance management, and employee relations. In this position, you will support the Technology side of the business, including Engineering, Product, and Data teams, while working with internal General Counsel and the People team.
