Amazon is seeking a solution focused, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources team as a Sr. HR Business Partner to provide HR Business support to clients in the North America Stores (NAS) organization. NAS is a dynamic, global organization, focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through innovative technology. If working with smart, creative people from both tech and non-tech functions to delight our customers sounds interesting, this job is for you. In this position, you will partner with members of the Home & Lifestyle Leadership Directors to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and foster people effectiveness for their respective groups. You will think strategically, provide broad scale thought partnership and roll up your sleeves and dive deep into practical application. You will serve as a liaison between the business and the central corporate teams to assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development. This role also provides strong project management to various HR initiatives & company-wide HR projects. The role reports to the HR Leader for Home & Lifestyle and partner with NAS PXT team to execute the NAS PXT strategy across organizations.
