About The Position

The HR Business Partner at Inspire Medical Systems serves as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning people strategies with business goals. This role involves collaborating with leaders to identify organizational needs, resolving employee relations issues, and administering human resource programs. The HR Business Partner is responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness, supporting talent management initiatives, and maintaining compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in business administration, human resources management, or related field required.
  • 5+ years experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates closely with leadership to identify organizational needs and implement solutions.
  • Consults with employees and leaders to address root causes of issues and resolve employee relations matters.
  • Coaches, influences, facilitates, presents, and communicates effectively with various levels of leadership.
  • Administers and executes human resource programs including talent review, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Partners proactively with leaders on coaching, talent management, and retaining top talent.
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Leverages data and analytics to identify trends and support business objectives.
  • Provides guidance in organizational change initiatives and partners with Talent Acquisition on talent needs.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and compliance with employment laws.
