About The Position

As a Sr. HSE Engineer - Centralized Training Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will own the training system across multiple Aerospace Technologies (AT) sites, ensuring consistency, compliance, and digital enablement. This role will act as the training system administrator, driving the Management Operating System (MOS) for training and governance. You will report directly to our Director HSE and you'll work 100% onsite at our Phoenix, AZ facility.

Requirements

• 2+ years in training program management
• 1+ years of HSE experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to document and track all direct time charges to projects

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Enterprise-wide Learning Management Systems
• Experience with AI-driven learning personalization and language systems
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle training platform migration and implementation
• Maintain and drive the Aero-level Learning Plan
• Develop and deploy training content aligned with HSE MS in conjunction with subject matter expertise
• Drive the Management Operating System (MOS) for training, including reviewing and updating training requirements with SMEs
• Establish and maintain corporate and SBG common training content
• Assign and track training completion plan across LMS and site-level roles
• Support in-person training coordination and documentation
• Manage governance processes, dashboards, and approval workflows
• Create dashboards and analytics using Power BI and Tableau
• Support onboarding and learning acceleration through AI summarization tools
• Lead and maintain an Aerospace HSE Training Council
