About The Position
The Sr. HRIS Analyst - Reporting is a pivotal role within Panasonic Corporation of North America, responsible for delivering high-quality HR system solutions tailored to meet the needs of end users. This position requires a deep understanding of user requirements, the ability to gather and develop business requirements, and support for technical design, product development, testing, and deployment. The analyst will lead consultations with various HR areas to determine technology requirements that align with business goals, translating these requirements into actionable project plans and effective HR system solutions. In this role, the Sr. HRIS Analyst will provide technical reporting for Workday, ensuring that the entire company’s reporting needs are met. This includes offering subject matter expertise in reporting, understanding data sources, and creating complex calculated fields. The analyst will also support the overall report strategy, which encompasses report inventory and standardization processes. By establishing report standards and advising on technology selection, the analyst will champion these standards across the organization. The position involves identifying reporting strategies, assessing risks, and recommending approaches to maximize the potential of Workday. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as the analyst will drive decisions and recommend best practices related to report writing for both internal clients and external vendors. The role also includes evaluating new releases and functionalities to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of Workday usage. Additionally, the Sr. HRIS Analyst will engage in project management processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products to clients. This includes writing and updating system and project documentation, running periodic system audits, and continuously interacting with the Workday Community to stay informed about current and future enhancements. The analyst will also adhere to Panasonic's Data Management and Security Protocols to protect and manage data effectively, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
