About The Position

The Sr HRIS Analyst at Panasonic Corporation of North America plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality HR system solutions tailored to meet the needs of end users. This position involves a comprehensive understanding of user requirements, gathering and developing business requirements, and supporting the technical design, product development, testing, and deployment of HR systems. The analyst will work closely with various HR departments to identify technology requirements that align with business goals, translating these needs into actionable project plans and effective HR system solutions. Key responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining the company's HRIS landscape, which encompasses both integrated and non-integrated systems. The Sr HRIS Analyst will make recommendations to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of all HR systems, drive the implementation of upgrades and modifications from vendors, and ensure that HRIS functionality meets user needs. This role also involves partnering with customers to gather business requirements, evaluating requests for changes, and analyzing their impact on the overall system and infrastructure. Additionally, the analyst will provide Tier 2 support for HCM issues in Workday, perform configurations, document changes, and collaborate with the HRIS team on various HCM projects. The role requires running periodic system audits, interacting with the Workday Community to stay updated on enhancements, and utilizing Panasonic's Data Management & Security Protocols to protect and manage data effectively. The Sr HRIS Analyst will also partner with the Analytics and Reporting team to run data queries and ensure compliance with Panasonic's policies and protocols.
