About The Position
As a Sr HRIS Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our Oracle HCM platform-leading configurations, implementations, and optimization initiatives. You'll partner across HR, IT, and the business to harness the power of data, automation, and emerging tech to streamline and elevate the employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid role spending approximately 2 days/week on-site at our corporate headquarters in Columbus, OH.
