The Sr HRIS Analyst is responsible for the operation and maintenance of various Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, including PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors. This role involves providing day-to-day operational assistance, managing employee data, supporting payroll activities, and building and analyzing reports across HRIS. The analyst will also assist with system changes, enhancements, and various HRIS projects, applying a continuous improvement approach to work processes.
