About the Role: The Fermilab Human Resources Division is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to lead in the development, implementation and operation of procedures, practices, and policies for the Human Capital Management (HCM) system and all related systems at it pertains to the Human Resources data and employee recordkeeping. The individual will provide moderately complex technical support for the report writing business process configuration and security. They will support all phases of HCM project life cycle including defining business requirements, analysis, design, development, configuration, continuous improvements, implementation, testing and deployment of solutions, as well as documentation and end-user training.
