Responsibilities: Provide functional and technical advisement and support for Benefits Administration, Human Resources, Leave Coordination, and Occupational Health for a large healthcare system. Works within the HR Technology team to ensure process improvements, efficient workflows, audits, capability for growth, and ongoing maintenance of Benefit, HR, Occupational Health and Leave data. Strong focus on process improvement, documentation, vender integrations, growth, data integrity and issue resolution. Responsible for oversight of Open Enrollment as well as New Hire enrollment. This position is a Lead point of contact for Benefit, HR, Occupational Health and Leave issues from within the team, from employees, from managers, and from HRBPs at the various entities. Qualifications:

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field Required
  • In lieu of degree, six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required
  • In lieu of degree Five (5) years of experience in PeopleSoft HR and Benefits Administration 9.0 or greater (a total of eleven (11) years of experience) Required

Nice To Haves

  • Leave Coordination experience Preferred
  • Experience working in healthcare with PeopleSoft HR and Benefits Preferred
  • Experiencing with merger and acquisition of healthcare organizations is Preferred
  • Previous experience working with self-insured benefit plans but not Preferred
  • Occupational Health and Agility software Preferred

Responsibilities
