The Sr. HR Systems Analyst will primarily support the Workday Analytics suite configurations while driving improvements to functionality and analytics supporting our HR Analytics team and HR Compliance teams. The Sr. Analyst will also provide additional support to other Workday products such as Core HCM. This individual will serve as a technical expert by driving long term direction and design requirements. They will analyze HR processes and make recommendations for improvements, overseeing the specifications, development, and implementation of reporting, processes, and functionality. They will be responsible for configuring business processes, managing a SOX compliant security framework, and the setup of condition rules, notifications, and reports.
