About The Position

MAG is seeking a Human Resource Professional to support Navy Cyber Warfare Developmental Group (NCWDG), Annapolis Junction, MD. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team with multiple opportunities for upward advancement supporting NCWDG. Must Be A US Citizen CURRENT ACTIVE DoD Top Secret Clearance This is a daily on site opportunity - no remote option Essential Duties and Responsibilities Help build, manage, and retain the workforce based upon organizational goals, budget considerations, and staffing needs. Provide assistance and support in job analysis, recruiting, screening, interview preparation, onboarding and resignation and/or retirement of personnel. Assist the government in resolving conflicts, handling disciplinary actions and resolving conflicts. Support development and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and management of personnel records. Support supervisors in performance reviews and appraisal. Support employee recognition efforts through quarterly awards, length of service awards and annual performance awards. Assist in employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience
  • Experience in a HR government contracting or GS environment
  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have knowledge of employment law
  • Must possess knowledge of human resource policies
  • Experience with work force problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Must possess organization skill and attention to details
  • Must possess strategic thinking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Active TOP SECRET clearance
  • Possess eligibility for access to be upgraded to a TS/SCI in the NEAR future upon hire - (ALL HIRES WILL MAINTAIN AN SCI - MAG Will Upgrade your TS to TS/SCI - IF YOU POSSES THE BACKGROUND TO BE UPGRADED)
  • Be able to successfully pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination in the future
  • Possess an investigation that is current within 6 years
  • Personnel who are enrolled in CE will also be eligible
  • Must be a US Citizen.
