• Support high-profile, fast paced, and high-volume Delegated Examining (DE) and Merit Promotion (MP) recruitment activities. • Perform all recruitment activities through an electronic recruitment framework (USA Staffing); maintain regulatory requirements within DEU recruitment activities; perform recruitment activities from management advisory to completing Entry on Duty (EOD) activities. • Perform job analysis, develop assessment questionnaires, and document evaluation criteria in accordance with agency requirements; review and adjudicate Veterans' Preference; review applicant qualifications for the full-range of agency occupations; and provide written justification for the same. • Review job analyses, assessment questionnaires, Job Opportunity Announcements (JOA), rating, and certificates. • Conduct staffing activities within various databases to include electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (eQIP) system.
