As a Senior HR Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute meaningfully while enabling our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Working as a strategic partner, you'll translate business strategy into innovative HR solutions that build organizational capabilities and drive results. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive HR leadership across talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation, and engagement initiatives.
