About The Position
CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country's largest wireless telecommunications providers, as well as the largest High-speed Internet & Cable providers. CTDI has over 11,000 FT US Employees in over 60 world class US Operations. CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for addressing Human Resources concerns within their respective branch. This individual will be focused on supporting the human capital element of the business and mitigation of risk to the branch, while also supporting its' operational efficiencies. This role is key in supporting the change in HR mindset from a reactive, employee relations only role to a positive, pro-active, collaborative, solution-based team that is an integral part of the business. The goal is to make the branch management teams better leaders, create better environments and ensure CTDI as an employer of choice. This is an onsite position.
