About The Position

This opportunity is for our Electric Heat business, a trusted leader in electric heating and ventilation solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. The Sr. HR Generalist is responsible for partnering with the leadership team to drive implementation of HR processes and initiatives to meet objectives of the business and develop an efficient, engaged, and inclusive workforce. This is a hands-on position that supports the manufacturing plant and leadership with a focus on recruiting, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and continuous improvement.
