Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources
6+ years progressive human resources experience
High level of personal credibility leading to successful partnerships with line management
Superior problem solving and decision-making ability
Excellent communication, change management, interpersonal and influencing skills
Thorough understanding of Governmental regulatory compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

HRIS system experience (i.e. SAP, PeopleSoft, Kronos, etc.) preferred
PHR or SPHR Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure effective implementation of organization and employee effectiveness initiatives, including career development, performance management and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with all Division B and Region North America policies and procedures and all Federal and State employment laws and regulations.
Manage payroll, time and attendance, compensation and benefits administration.
Facilitate resourcing activities in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Center.
Manage employee relations issues.
Provide advice and counsel to management in handling employee situations, giving feedback, developing improvement plans, coaching and training
Serve as a change agent and provide organizational direction to managing change.
Facilitate affirmative action planning and implementation.
Promote communication across all channels.
Lead, train, develop, and maintain a professional staff capable of delivering the goals and objectives of the human resources organization.
