The GAM program plays a critical role in enabling customer operations and ensuring timely delivery to their internal and external stakeholders. Job Summary KBR’s Readiness and Sustainment (R&S) Business Unit is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to serve as a strategic HR partner supporting the Global Asset Management (GAM) program. This individual will bring strong HR generalist expertise and broad business acumen to deliver end-to-end HR support and guidance across program operations. Working in close partnership with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams across KBR, the Senior HR Generalist will provide expert support across the full lifecycle of HR administration and employee relations, while fostering a positive employee experience and strong engagement with program leadership and site management. The ideal candidate is: Self-motivated and proactive, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Highly collaborative and works extremely well in a team-oriented environment Experienced in structured HR and business administration frameworks, ideally gained within large commercial enterprises, government services, or major project-based organizations Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and aligning HR practices with strategic business goals Adept at balancing day-to-day HR operations with long-term planning and compliance Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Customer-focused mindset with high professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality An individual who desires advancement within the organization and is motivated by continuous learning, professional development, and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as our business evolves This role will work a hybrid schedule onsite in Arizona and is not eligible for full-time remote work
