About The Position
Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior HR Generalist (Consultant) to join our HR services team within Baker Tilly Vantagen, a division of Baker Tilly US, LLP. This role is designed for individuals who are ready to embrace a new challenge in Human Resources and wish to leverage their HR experience in a dynamic and growing environment. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing professional, recurring outsourced HR services to multiple clients across various industries. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively. You will coordinate payroll for clients according to their specific payroll schedules, maintaining data integrity within the HRIS and payroll systems. Additionally, you will perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client's organization, which includes applicant tracking, interviewing, and conducting reference and background checks. Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox will also be a key responsibility. Building strong relationships with clients and employees is essential, as you will serve as a trusted HR resource. Clear and consistent communication, along with timely execution of deliverables, will be critical to your success in this position.
