About The Position

The Sr HR Generalist at Comcast is responsible for supporting Human Resources Operations and Talent Management for the Corporate and Cable HQ. This role involves assisting HR Business Partners with operational processes, data analysis, and reporting to drive business objectives. The position requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support employees throughout their journey, acting as a liaison between various HR teams and ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Knowledge in HR aspects such as compensation, employee engagement, talent management, and performance management
  • Proven organizational and project management skills
  • Aptitude for data analysis and utilizing it to influence decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Experience creating presentations for stakeholders
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to HR Business Partners in data analysis, compensation, performance management, and talent management.
  • Partners with HR Business Partners to execute cyclical employee activities such as compensation planning and performance calibrations.
  • Assists in pulling and analyzing data for HR-related projects and business objectives.
  • Collaborates with HRBPs and COE partners on the design and execution of programs to support strategic skills and talent development.
  • Partners with Talent Management lead and HRBPs to drive the execution of talent practices and leadership development programs.
  • Investigates and resolves employee issues by leveraging resources and partnering with COEs.
  • Supports HR Operations and Analytics team with project planning and execution of HR programs.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with HR Business Partners and COE partners.
  • Gains understanding of Workday capabilities related to employee data management.
  • Develops Executive/VP-facing presentations.
