Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or related field of study.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in HR Operations or Generalist functions.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Workday.
• Advanced knowledge of Human Resources processes and policies.
• Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
• Intermediate technical aptitude and knowledge of G-suite required.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line HR support to employees and managers with specific focus on high volume People transactions, data maintenance for tier 0 and tier 1 level inquiries.
• Interpret and apply HR policies when answering employee and manager questions and processing transactions.
• Perform Workday data entry, some of which requires critical thinking and understanding of the impact to downstream systems.
• Follow-up to correct errors or missing/insufficient data.
• Provide audit support/follow up on missing employee data.
• Manage requests for retrieval of employee documents for Legal and Employee Relations.
• Assist with HR compliance such as processing background checks and I9 employment verifications.
