The position is a hybrid work role with a combined working at Lutheran General Hospital and remotely each week. The role involves collaborating with site leadership and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on people strategies to support organizational outcomes and strategies. The incumbent will advise leaders on effectively using data and assessment methodologies to identify behaviors or trends impacting organizational outcomes, and will develop and implement strategic responses to address these trends. Responsibilities include monitoring associate engagement survey results, executing system associate engagement initiatives, coaching on team culture and development, and leading interdisciplinary teams to accomplish key organizational objectives. The role also involves managing talent management processes, supporting leadership development, and ensuring the application of human resources policies with fairness and consistency.
