About The Position
The Human Resources Plant Leader is the key HR strategic business partner within the Life Science Solutions plant in Noblesville, IN. This role will develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies, talent and labor management and strategic support for both salaried and hourly roles. This role is plant-based. This site has 3 buildings that support manufacturing, warehouse and office space producing equipment that supports the healthcare and Biopharma industries. As the primary site of this business unit, this role offers an opportunity to lead a team of human resources professionals, engage and support operations leaders and provide exceptional human resources support.
