Amazon is seeking an exceptionally talented, innovative, extremely hands-on, customer-obsessed HR Business Partner with a passion for establishing first-class HR strategies to join our highly professional People eXperience & Technology team supporting the Global Procurement Organization. Key job responsibilities This role will support, in collaboration with a Senior HR Business Partner in the Corporate Operations and FC Support Function teams globally, comprising several hundred people; responsible for all aspects of the PXT service to their clients. Ensuring customer focus by delivering value-add, best in class PXT support to internal customer groups across multiple geographies: Own and manage the relationships with client group Directors, Sr Managers, and Managers. Participate in the delivery of the strategic PXT plan for each business supported, ensuring consistency with local and global PXT goals. Act as a consultant to your client groups and provide input and guidelines on PXT global and local practices. Coach, train and guide managers during the Talent Management and Annual Compensation Planning processes. Develop toolkit and communications that help managers to prepare for Talent Reviews Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity. Support and develop line managers in driving a performance culture through coaching, facilitating talent assessments and succession planning meetings. Provide expert input to your client groups as well as the PXT team in terms of employment legislation, policies and local practices.
