The Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Varsity Spirit Event Operations and Varsity Spirit Pro League serves as a strategic advisor, talent champion, and organizational effectiveness partner to senior leaders overseeing large-scale event execution, onsite operations teams, and the expanding Pro League business. This role develops and executes HR strategies that strengthen leadership capability, elevate organizational performance, enhance employee engagement, and build a future-ready workforce that supports Varsity Spirit’s growth. The Sr. HRBP will collaborate closely with Varsity Spirit leadership to drive programs related to performance management, employee relations, culture, workforce planning, talent development, and change management. This position reports to the SVP, HR – Varsity Spirit & Varsity Brands HR Operations
