How Will You Make An Impact? A Sr. HR Business Partner at Jabil, serves as a strategic partner to assigned business units, translating business objectives into HR initiatives and solutions. This role focuses on optimizing organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement to drive business success. Location: This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Headquarters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6-8+ years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
  • Demonstrated exposure/experience in supporting multiple business units or a diverse employee population.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and solutions.
  • Exposure/experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • HRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategies, challenges, and talent needs, and develop integrated HR solutions to support these objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to management and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Lead and support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance reviews, and career development programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, diagnose organizational issues, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve employee experience and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate change management efforts, communicating effectively and supporting employees through organizational transitions.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure a cohesive and effective HR service delivery model.
  • Champion Jabil's culture and values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
