About The Position

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Prime Video Core Tech will collaborate closely with senior leaders in the Prime Video & Studios Technology organizations. This role focuses on enhancing employee experience, organizational health, and efficiency while driving talent priorities that align with business impact. The HRBP will engage in strategic and hands-on initiatives, including organizational design, change management, and leadership coaching, to support a diverse and innovative tech workforce.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
• Experience working across a global organization and with multi-territory support
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
