Sell and do the work Lead pursuit and deliver of projects to our valued clients Be accountable for growth of clients, revenue, and the West Region either through public and/or private work Providing innovative design solutions with exceptional quality to exceed our client expectations Play a key role in expanding our client and project base in effort to position SEH to acquire new business Provide Project management and help oversee/mentor design teams Better Places. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado
  • Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, business development excursions, on-site inspections/visits, etc.; Occasional overnight travel will be required
  • Experience specializing in Transportation/Highway Design

Nice To Haves

  • Ten (10) or more years of previous experience specializing in Transportation/Highway Design
  • Five (5) or more years of previous project management experience transportation for occasional day trips
  • Previous experience managing project teams on complex projects
  • Previous experience working with the State of Colorado Department of Transportation or Colorado Counties
  • Knowledge and proficiency with software, including: Excel, MSWord, PowerPoint
