As our deployments scale, we are building a world-class commercial organization to ensure our partners realize meaningful operational and financial value from our technology. As a Senior Account Manager you are responsible for owning and growing strategic relationships with Diligent Robotics’ health system partners. This role serves as the primary commercial point of contact for executive stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring successful deployments, renewals, and expansion of robotic workflows across departments, hospitals, and health systems. The Senior Account Manager will work cross-functionally with customer success, operations, product, and sales teams to maximize customer value, secure contract renewals, and identify opportunities to expand the adoption of Diligent’s robotic solutions across new sites and use cases.
