About The Position

The Senior Graphic Designer is a key creative leader responsible for translating business objectives into high-impact visual designs. This role requires a strategic thinker who will own the brand's visual identity across all channels, from digital platforms to print collateral. The Senior Graphic Designer will lead design projects from concept to execution, and ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and business goals.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey and exchange information in a clear and concise manner
  • Adequate hearing and vision (with corrective devices if necessary)
  • Ability to identify problems and use logic and related information to develop and implement solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of established policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly in-person, by phone, and electronically
  • Frequent use of computers, keyboard, and handheld/mobile devices
  • Competent with computers, email, virtual platforms, and Microsoft Office based programs
  • Ability to type for extended periods
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20–25 pounds (e.g., laptop bag, forms, mobile equipment)
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and safety in diverse environments
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
  • Exceptional skills in typography, layout, color theory, and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently, give and receive feedback constructively, and lead projects with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and production of a wide range of materials, including marketing campaigns, social media graphics, website assets, intranet assets and content, email templates, presentations, and print collateral
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
  • Create content and maintain the website along with the web designer
  • Provide press-ready artwork to a high standard of accuracy
  • Purchase, manage, and order print collateral, signage, event materials, branded apparel, and branded promotional "swag" items
  • Act as the primary guardian of the brand's visual identity
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all company touchpoints
  • Enforce brand standards with internal teams and external partners
  • Serve as the design lead on cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales teams
  • Present design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders
  • Liaise with web designer and outside suppliers
  • Contribute strategically to creative planning and campaign development
  • Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to ensure our creative output is modern and effective
