There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's. How you’ll make an impact: The OshKosh brand is looking for a stellar Sr. Designer to join our Creative Marketing Team. This role is responsible for omni-channel creative with the ability to bring our vision to new heights thru elevated consumer experiences. If you are passionate about storytelling, have an eye for design, and well-versed in all things creative, we would love to hear from you. This role typically reports to the Creative Director, Oshkosh and is based in our Buckhead office on site 4 days/week. 60%: Lead all retail creative concepting and development needed for North America for the OshKosh brand. Work closely with Creative Director and visual merchandising to elevate in-store displays and experiences in a multi-brand environment, ensuring the OshKosh brand stands apart. Adapt cobrand floor set to lead the creative execution in Canada and Mexico. Design windows, floor sets, POS, cash wrap materials, marketing materials, shopping bags and other printed collateral. Source props and design 3D collateral, working with our production team to ensure pricing and execution can be met. Oversee the preparation and management of all necessary mock-ups and assets for all standing floor set walks, lab sets and leadership creative reviews Create meaningful and impactful relationships with Canada & Mexico retail partners for seamless and consistent execution in our Canada stores in alignment with the US campaign and brand vision. Partner with Creative Director and Visual Merch to support retail calendar of walk throughs, print release dates for windows and all POS marketing materials. Work closely with all creative channels and Brand Art Director to establish and refine the overall design, tone and manner for each season. Partner closely with Creative Director to develop campaigns and support in-store collateral and window design, as needed. Work in tandem in Retail and eComm to develop a consistent design across all channels. Present concepts to VP, Creative and designs and implements approved concepts through creation of final art before passing to production. Partner with production and help facilitate passing files to be stepped out for all formats and needs. Work closely with other retail creative teams to ensure all brands sit well together. 20%: Design and lead all development for PR activations, events, showrooms, and global packaging Work with PR and comms team on any events for OshKosh brand activations, including internal events for Atlanta and New York showroom. Design materials and collateral (books, giveaways, totes, etc.) for press. Oversee the development and execution of the marketing on all product packaging for the OshKosh brand. 20%: Support Digital Campaigns Design and execute projects for the digital space, including site, app, email, media, SMS and push notifications.
