We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a progressive, concept-driven design background to help shape how the brand shows up across every touchpoint. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, typography, photography, and execution—bringing ideas to life from concept to final deliverable. A digital first mentality is essential, but the ability to design for digital and physical space also needs to be a strength. This role demands a cultural connection to the outdoors, specifically surfing, trail running, climbing or snow sports. You’ll apply visual concepts and design systems across digital, print, retail, and social, working closely with creative leadership, marketing, product, and content teams. From planning and photoshoots to refining typography and layouts, you’ll help ensure Roark’s visual language stays consistent, authentic, progressive and commercial.
