Key Responsibilities: Execute and refine visual design solutions that align with brand standards and business objectives, under the direction of the Art Director. Contribute to maintaining a consistent, professional brand image across all company communications. Design and maintain high-quality print and digital assets—including flyers, brochures, presentations, documents, websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, video, and tradeshow graphics—that clearly communicate complex business concepts and ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand and accessibility standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, HR, and product teams to meet project goals and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office to produce professional designs and templates. Advanced level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is required. Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that transform narrative content into visual stories; experience developing templates and themes is required. Produce visually appealing documents, templates, and fillable forms in situations when the format must remain in Microsoft Word. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, priorities, accuracy and stakeholder feedback to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Provide guidance and design direction to freelancers and vendors as needed, ensuring all outsourced materials meet company standards. Perform additional related duties as assigned to support the Art Director and broader marketing and company initiatives. Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, other federal, state, and local standards, and company attendance policies and procedures.
