About The Position

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, HR operations, business management operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing global programs, with end-to-end ownership from concept to measurement.
  • Experience managing operational calendars, timelines, and cross-functional workflows across regions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in project management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet, Notion).
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent) required.
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills with the ability to influence without authority across global teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, improving processes, and implementing new technologies, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the annual global operational calendar, coordinating workflows and aligning stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
  • Drive accountability and clarity across teams, establishing expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead DEI&B global processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment across regions.
  • Identify, analyze, and summarize key datasets to measure program effectiveness and inform leadership decisions.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and communications tailored to executives, managers, and global teams.
  • Optimize global processes, standardize workflows, and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to maintain and improve systems that support operations and analytics.
  • Plan and execute change management, training programs, and global events, including quarterly business reviews, board updates, and All Hands meetings.
