About The Position
The Sr. Genesys Cloud Engineer position is focused on leading the development and configuration of Genesys cloud solutions. The role requires extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing contact center services, particularly within the Genesys Cloud/Pure Cloud Contact Center platform. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement call center and UC strategies, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer experience. This position also involves significant interaction and collaboration with customers, engineering groups, product, planning, operations, IT organizations, and vendor support groups.
